Finals week is here. Have you been studying properly for your finals? Here are some survival tips from Aaron New, psychology professor.
- Make healthy eating choices.
“Maintaining a healthy well-rounded diet will make you function better,” says New. “Making radical changes to your diet days before is a bad idea and will only leave you feeling bad.”
- Get a good amount of sleep and take breaks when you study.
“Getting rest and studying in small intervals is the most effective way to study,” says New.
- Do your best.
“Simply do your best and let God take control of the results,” says New.
