Recent Attempted Car Break-In’s on CBC Campus

Today, Chris Mitchell, dean of students, sent out an email to all CBC faculty, staff, and students concerning the two arrests made on campus last night.

On the night of March 30, the Conway Police Officer for CBC, with the assistance of other officers, arrested two men who were not CBC students after these individuals were caught checking the Dickson Hall parking lot for unlocked vehicles. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken by these men. Afterwards, the police found 17 unlocked cars in the Dickson Hall parking lot.

CBC urges its students to please keep their vehicles locked at all times. CBC also mentions that when belongings are visible in vehicles, the chances of that vehicle being broken into or damaged increases.
