Story Library has made drastic schedule changes effective Monday, Feb. 8.
The library will close each day at 5 p.m. and open each morning at 7:30. It will stay closed on Sunday, Feb. 14. Regular hours are scheduled to resume on Monday, Feb. 15.
“This action is necessary because of the lack of adherence to the social distancing guidelines and face-covering policy by students in the library,” said dean of students Chris Mitchell.
With the rise of COVID-19 rates on campus, Mitchell credits the lack of adherence to have been the cause of quarantines and isolations in multiple departments.
