Stampede Open House Fall 2018

Stampede Day was held Oct. 3. This event was held at CBC so prospective students could tour the campus and learn what the school has to offer.

According to Ryan Johnson, vice president for enrollment management, Stampede Day had a total of 35 students and 60 visitors.

Junior Luke Smith says that leading tours for expected students is his favorite part of Stampede Day.

“I get to meet new people and I get to see the excitement on their faces of the possibility of them being a future Mustang,” says Smith.

Kat Carson, a senior from Springdale planning to major in journalism, was among those prospective students.

“CBC is a school that I’ve been interested in my entire life,” says Carson. “My parents and family friends have [attended CBC]. It’s just a school I’ve always seen myself going to.”
